Ashutosh
Roy
Chairman and
CEO
Ashutosh Roy, eGain's co-founder,
has served as Chief Executive Officer
and Chairman of eGain since 1997. From
1995 to 1997, he served as Chairman
of WhoWhere? Inc, an Internet-service
company he co-founded, which is now
part of Lycos, Inc.

From 1993 to 1995, Ashu co-founded Parsec
Technologies, an international call center
software company based out of India. From
1988 through 1992, he worked in various software
engineering positions at Digital Equipment
Corp.
Ashu holds a B.S. in Computer Science from
the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi,
a Masters degree in Computer Science from
Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. from
Stanford University.

Eric
Smit
CFO
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer,
brings over 15 years of finance and
operations experience to his position.
Previously, he was with WhoWhere? Inc.
as Director of Finance since 1996.

Prior to WhoWhere?,
he served as Vice President of Operations
and Chief Financial Officer of Velocity Inc.,
a software game publisher and developer.
Prior positions held by Eric Smit included
Controller for Reference Software International
until its acquisition by WordPerfect Corp.
Smit began his career in accounting at Laticorp,
Inc. and Centennial Savings and Loan. He received
his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes
University, South Africa.

Promod
Narang
Senior Vice President,
Products and Technologies
Promod Narang is Sr. Vice President
of Products and Technologies for eGain.
He has over nineteen years of experience
in managing and developing software
products and services.

Prior to joining eGain, Promod founded and
served as President of VMpro, a system software
consulting company providing software solutions
and services to technology companies including
E*Trade, IBM, Westinghouse, LSI Logic and
NCR.
Promod's previous experience includes project
management and software development roles
at Sharebase, Silvar-Lisco and IBM. Promod
holds a BS degree from Wayne State University.

Tom
Hresko
Senior Vice President,
Worldwide Sales
Tom Hresko, Senior Vice President of
Worldwide Sales at eGain, brings over
20 years of experience developing and
managing sales teams and increasing
revenues for companies such as Primus,
Corrigo, Network Associates, and Sprint.
|
In his most recent position as VP of Worldwide
Sales at Corrigo, Tom increased revenues by
over 100% in the past year. As VP of Worldwide
Sales for Primus Knowledge Solutions Inc.,
his sales efforts were instrumental in quadrupling
Primus' market value in less than two years.
At Network Associates, Magic CRM Division,
as the VP of Worldwide Sales, he built a 100
person worldwide sales organization that delivered
over $100 million in sales.
Tom began his career in IT consulting at PriceWaterhouse
Coopers, where he co-developed a systems security
analysis methodology for seaports that was
trademarked and used in engagements around
the globe. He then held call center management
and marketing leadership roles at Sprint.
He has an MBA from Harvard Business School
and a BBA in finance from the University of
Michigan.

Andrew
Mennie
Vice President
and General Manager, Europe
Andrew is responsible for managing and
growing eGain European revenues and
profitability, and leads his team across
pre- and post-sales efforts, business
development, professional services,
and support.

Andrew joined eGain through the acquisition
of Inference Corp. in March 2000 where he
held the position of UK Sales Director, overseeing
consistent quarter on quarter growth for a
period of two years. He has over seven years
expertise in the sales, implementation, service,
and support of knowledge-based customer service
products.
Previously, Andrew was a Business Development
Manager at ICL (now Fujitsu) where he spent
nine years in various sales and sales management
roles.

Anand
Subramaniam
Vice President,
Marketing
Anand Subramaniam brings 15 years of
experience in leading high-tech companies
to his position as the VP of Marketing
for eGain. Prior to eGain, Anand served
as the VP of marketing for Yubé
Inc., a provider of award-winning software
for post-sales customer services automation.

Previously, Anand was the VP of marketing
for Informatica's Applications Business Unit,
and also served as the director of CRM product
strategy, director of worldwide CRM marketing
and director of ebusiness marketing at Oracle.
Additionally, he held product marketing, product
management and technical marketing/support
roles at Lotus, Intel and Autodesk for key
products.
Anand holds an MBA from the University of
California at Berkeley and MSME from the University
of Rhode Island.

Anurag
Juneja
Vice President,
Solutions
Anurag is responsible for sales consulting
and application hosting for eGain's
North America customers. |
He brings over ten years of experience in
software development and quality assurance
having worked in R&D positions at Ansys
Inc., NASA Langley Research Center and the
Center for High Performance Computing at Cornell
University. Anurag holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees
from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree
from IIT, Delhi.

Stratos
Davlos
Vice President,
Professional Services
Stratos heads Professional and Education
Services. |
Prior to eGain, Stratos worked at Inference
Corporation (which was acquired by eGain)
as Chief Scientist, responsible for the research
and development of search engines, reasoning
systems, self-learning diagnosis, and expert
systems. His previous assignments include
senior R&D positions at NES UK and in
UK government projects.
Stratos holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
Engineering and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence
from Cranfield University, UK.

Sam
Hahn
Vice president,
Engineering
Before joining eGain, Sam was VP of
Engineering at Purisma, where he was
responsible for all product development
activities. |
Other positions held by him include Director
of Product Marketing - Architecture and Infrastructure
at Siebel Systems, VP of Engineering at Sales.com,
and Co-Founder and CTO at DocuMagix.
Sam has a BS in Mathematics from Stanford
University. He is active in various professional
groups in Silicon valley, and is a partner
at Sand Hill Angels, a private equity firm.
